Pharmapps being an online order processing portal collects and stores the information provided by its customers. The data which we stores includes the registration details of our customers, the Order form related details and the reports provided by the distributors. We use this information to handle the ordering process, assist product delivery by the distributors, enabling the order import facilities, communicate with customers about orders, product search,schemes and promotional offers, update our records and generally maintain your accounts with us.

Here are the types of information we gather.

A. AccountInformation: The registration details of the customers will be stored by us for managing the user accounts. The account information gathering is from two sources a) the registration information provided by the customer while creating the account b) the information about the retailers provided by the distributors, from their database after signing in. The information provided by the distributors about the retailers will be used for the purpose of placing orders for them by the salesman. All the information collected from the distributors about the retailers will be non confidential and general details.

B. Order form related data: For placing orders by the retailers the distributors have to expose their online order form, which intern can be accessed by the retailers for knowing the product detailsof the distributor and for placing the orders. The Order form details collected and stored will be with the signed consent of the distributor at the time of registration.

C. Report access service: for the distributors to provide online reports to their salesmen, they have to manually upload the contents they need. The information will be stored as such by us without any alterations.

D. User generated data: this will be the orders generated by the users and it will be stored in the server for a particular time period.

E. The invoice uploaded by the distributors: the invoice for the customers uploaded by the distributors will be stored in the server for a particular time period.

F. External Purchase order: Apart from the orders generated inside, purchase orders can be uploaded in PDF & JPEG format by the retailers and will be stored in the server for a particular time period.

Pharmapps is only a networking portal between the retailers and the wholesalers. Pharmapps is not liable on the business involved and we recommend the users to strictly adhere to all the applicable laws while carrying out their business. Pharmapps in any means is not involving in any of the selling process otherthan collecting the orders from the customer and delivering it to the distributors. Billing, packing, Invoicing, product delivery etc. are carried out by the distributors at their end, with the help of third party billing software and they have the rights to change, modify or delete the contents of the order if and when required.

Information about our customers is an important part of our business and we are not in the business of selling it to others.

By using the application means, user is accepting all the data usage policies of Pharmapps.in. The datas and information which the user can access from pharmapps.in is only for reference purpose and for using the app functions. Copying the data by any means for any other purposes is strictly prohibited and legal action will be taken against the policy violator with the applicable law.

Single Location Usage.

1. Pharmapps Subscription is valid only for use at a single location (the "Permitted Location").

2. The Subscriber (Retailer) is strictly prohibited from using the App Subscription at multiple locations or sharing the subscription with other individuals or entities.

3. The Permitted Location must be specified at the time of subscription and any changes must be approved by the Pharmapps office by changing it on the Account Profile Details.

4. Maximum Number of Allotted device for a single Subscription is 5 including Computer and Mobile devices.

Prohibited Activities.

1. Using the Pharmapps Subscription at multiple locations or sharing the Pharmapps subscription with other individuals or entities.

2. Allowing third parties to access the App Subscription at other Business location.

3. Using the Pharmapps Subscription for any purpose other than the intended use at the Permitted Location.

Consequences of Violation.

1. Pharmapps reserves the right to terminate the App Subscription immediately upon detection of any prohibited activity.

2. The Subscriber will be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Company due to the violation.

3. The Subscriber will forfeit any remaining subscription period and will not be eligible for a refund.

Monitoring and Enforcement.

1. Pharmapps reserves the right to monitor usage and location data to ensure compliance with these terms.

2. Pharmapps may use technological measures to enforce these terms, including but not limited to, IP address tracking and geolocation monitoring.

By subscribing to Pharmapps, the Subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

This policy applies to all subscriptions to our SaaS platform Pharmapps.

Subscription Terms

- Subscriptions are applicable on the completion of trial period (if applicable) or order volume specified in the Pharmapps Pricing Document.

- Subscriptions automatically renew for additional periods equal to the original Subscription Term unless either party gives written notice of cancellation at least 15 days prior to the end of the then-current Subscription Period.

- Fees are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.

Payment Terms

- Payment is due within 15 days upon invoice date.

- Late payments bear interest at 20% per monthly Invoice amount.

- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service if payment is more than 30 days overdue.

Refund Policy

- If you cancel your subscription within 10 days of the Subscription Term, you are eligible for a full refund, if any advance payment is made or a billing exemption.

- After 10 days, no refunds/billing exemptions are available for the current Subscription Term.

- Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.

Cancellation Policy

- Either party may cancel the subscription by giving written notice to the other party.

- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current Subscription Term.
